About us

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provides quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants. We strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Community Involvement Officer you would be expected to:

  • Support the Community Involvement Manager in delivering a people-focused service
  • Develop and implement CCG’s participation framework and strategy
  • Arrange, deliver, and support community and tenant involvement events and activities
  • Ensure that targets, KPI’s, and allocated service standards are met  

Your skills & experience

  • Ability to write and  speak fluently in Welsh is essential
  • Experience of working within a customer facing organisation
  • Minimum education level of 5 GCSEs Grade C or equivalent
  • Knowledge of tenant participation/community involvement
