Fel Swyddog Cyswllt Cymunedol fe fydd disgwyl i chi gefnogi’r Rheolwr Cyswllt Cymunedol i ddarparu gwasanaeth sy’n canolbwyntio ar ein cwsmeriaid a chymunedau ac i gyfrannu tuag at weithredu a darparu fframwaith gyfranogiad CCG yn llwyddiannus.

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Community Involvement Officer you would be expected to support the Community Involvement Manager to deliver a service which is focused around our customers and communities as well as contributing towards the implementation and successful delivery of CCG’s participation framework.

It is essential that the post holder has a good standard of education (equivalent to 5 GCSEs Grade C or above) and experience of working within a customer facing organisation. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
