Account Manager (Employer Engagement)

Formed in 1993, our Client is a leading provider of training and employability solutions.  They are a Prime Contractor for the flagship ESF Workless Families programme for the DWP, and are also the Prime Contractor for two Youth Contracts for the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

They are looking to appoint an Accounts Manager who will be responsible for the generation and maintenance of relationships with new employers, who can provide suitable opportunities for both work placements and employment for Traineeship and Study Programme Learners. Identifying new leads of employers who can offer a suitable range of work placement opportunities, you will generate sales by creating your own leads, and building partnerships with small, medium and large employers.

This exciting opportunity is a permanent, full time position and will be coving both their Ealing and Wembley site so flexibility to work from both centres is needed.

They are looking for someone who is target driven and is able to perform against weekly and monthly targets set. With strong communication and organisational skills, you will be able to engage and develop positive professional relationships with employers of all sizes.

Previous sales and industry experience desirable, as is having experience of working with young people. A professional and persuasive person, you will also have knowledge of programme funding and of programmes aimed at 16-24 year olds.
