Customer Service Advisor- St. Austell
My client, a progressive business in what they do in this industry, are seeking a customer service advisor to join their team, the position is an immediate start for the right candidate in St Austell.
We are looking for a customer service advisor that canchampion and deliver Customer Service Excellence to new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the support and effective and proactive management of all existing customers and to identify and secure additional profitable business. The business specialises in a very specific business crucial to the climate we live in.
Other duties will be to:
- Answer, log and resolve all inbound enquiries to the depot in a timely and professional manner, introducing new or improved services to new and existing customers where appropriate
- Initiate, maintain and review all customer data on the appropriate systems ensuring customer requests are communicated effectively within the depot.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers potential and existing.
You will have a proven track record in customer relationship and customer service advisory roles, be able to thing and act proactively, work under pressure , offer solutions instantly and be organised, dilligent and communicative.
The position is an initial temp to perm opportuntity, meaning at the end of a specific time period, for the right candidate, it will be come a permanent, full time role within this business.
The position offers an excellent starting basic salary, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
