Design Engineer

We are currently working with a well-established, privately owned housing developer who due to expansion are seeking an experienced Design Engineer.

Building houses ranging from GBP200-500k, the company have been established for over 25 years and have secured all of their land for the next 10 years. They are also in the fortunate position of having no bank debt and are self-funding their developments; hence they are in a very financially stable position!

Reporting to the Technical Director, the company are seeking an experienced Design Engineer who is able to carry out the full range of Design Engineer duties with key duties including, liaising with the setting out engineer, preparing outline road and sewer schemes for appraisal and conducting site inspections.

To qualify for this opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced Design Engineer who possesses a proven track record of previously carrying out this role. They will also be proficient with AutoCAD and will be IT literate.
