First Line Support Technician
Salary range: GBP17,681 - GBP18,672 per annum

We are looking for an innovative and energetic First Line Support Technician. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: to act as the principal point of contact for visitors to the IT helpdesk; to perform routine tasks such as resetting passwords, restoring files and setting up new accounts; to provide first line support to assist in the smooth running of the school's network, ensuring that all faults and problems are quickly rectified; to provide support and assistance in classrooms to staff and students when needed.
