Working as part of a larger team you will report to the Recruitment and Retention Manger.
You will be familiar with the 360 degree recruitment cycle from creating job descriptions, posting roles, liaising with line managers regarding interviews, conducting ETW and other employment checks, and have impeccable administration skills, providing an essential transactional support to your colleagues.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all records are processed and kept accurately, setting up new starters, and being first point of contact for HR queries.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working within recruitment function of an HR Department and will have:
Good time management and communication skills
Ability to prioritise effectively
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and met tight deadlines
