Part Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our construction team! You will be based within our office in Plympton and will perform clerical and administrative functions. You must have a can do/willingness attitude.
Perform day to day general office tasks, such as maintaining records, answering phone calls and inputting invoices within Sage accountancy package
Preparation of Construction Phase Health & Safety Documentation and site folders.
Assists Project Managers by undertaking update calls with clients
Undertake sub-contractor reviews to ensure suitable complianceh
Manage the day to day running of the company vehicle fleet and arrange services and MOT’s.
Maintain site staff training records and arrange ongoing training for the upcoming year.
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Must be proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook
Previous experience working with Sage Accounting would be beneficial
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
24 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9 - 5 on Wednesday)
