The Company is one of the world's leading suppliers of rehabilitation, recovery and sports performance products, distributing a comprehensive product portfolio to hospitals and local authorities, private therapists, mobility shops, high street retailers, pharmacies, internet traders and International distributors.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Inside Sales Advisor to join the Inside Sales Team to generate sustained income and growth by conducting multi-channel outbound customer engagement campaigns.
Working as part of the team and supporting each other, you will grow your assigned territory by meeting monthly and annual income targets and talk time operational targets. You will be driven by achieving results, working autonomously and making rational business decisions. You will develop a working knowledge of the company's product range, process orders via the system's ordering portal and engage with customers in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a customer focused tele-sales role within a target driven environment. You will be a confident clear communicator (verbal and in writing) with the ability to assess and understand customers' needs to fulfil their requirements. You will be an excellent decision maker and display effective negotiation skills. You will be self-motivated to work autonomously and be an effective team worker supporting the team and wider working colleagues. You will be a competent user of Microsoft Office, e-mail and internet and possess accurate keyboard and data entry skills. Previous experience of ERP systems, in particular Netsuite would be advantageous.
