A fabulous opportunity has arisen in the Public Sector.

Based at the Magistrates Court in Newport your role will involve:

Setting up the court for the day ahead, ensuring water is available, paper is replenished etc.
Ensuring staff and members of the public are directed to the correct courtroom
Swear in witnesses
Obtaining information and documentation and delivering to the courtroom
Photocopying documents required for the courts
Provide support in the post room and the office

Must be polite and helpful to all customers both external and internal.
Remains clam, polite and tactful when dealing with difficult people.
Is aware of customer needs and is polite and efficient in dealing with these.
Passes on important information to all concerned promptly and clearly, with tact and honesty.
Works effectively with others irrespective of differences.
Tackles unacceptable behaviour in a constructive way.
Is approachable, non judgemental, honest and respects confidences in dealing with others.
Treats all colleagues fairly and is sensitive to their needs as individuals.

Hours Of Work are 9am to 5pm 3 days out of 5
