Our client is an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. As a result of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Process Operator to join their team in Gloucester.

As a Process Operator, you will be tasked with operating various machines within our client’s tablet making room to produce a variety of healthcare products. 

Specifically, you will process raw materials into tablets working to BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), GMP and standard operating procedures at all times. 

Additionally, you will check each stage in the manufacturing process against BMR including weights and place heavy focus on health and safety standards and requirements and the quality of the end product. 

Interested? If so, you will need experience of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). A close attention to detail and high quality standards are also key. 

The ideal Process Operator will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry, however this is by no means essential. 

During your initial training, your shift times will be 7:45am – 4:45pm Monday to Thursday with half an hour for lunch and 7:45am – 12:30pm Friday. 

Once you’ve completed your initial training, your hours will be shifts of 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am and 6am – 2pm, all with a 45 minute lunch break. All additional shifts come with a 25% shift allowance.
