Our Public Sector client based in Peterborough is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £7 an hour, holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday and you will need to be able to cover late nights, until 7 on Tuesday, you will come in at 11 on these days.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact. Receptionist duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
*Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Hands-on experience with office equipment (e. fax machines and printers)
*Professional attitude and appearance
*Excellent organisational skills
*Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
*Customer service attitude
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills both written and verbally, with strong customer service skills.
You will be required to be flexible and reliable will need to be able to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
The rate of pay is £7 per hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The successful candidate will need to be able to register at Brook Street, Peterborough.
