IT Support Analyst - 6 month Fixed term Contract - Great Yarmouth, Norfolk - £20-25k pro-rata
My client are looking for an IT Technician with good 1st / 2nd line support skills to join their team based in Gt Yarmouth, this will be a fixed contract for 6 months. You will join an experienced team offering a professional customer facing service in supporting, maintaining and repairing IT desktop applications across the business.
Your responsibilities will include, providing remote and in person support to analyse and resolving both software and hardware issues, building and configuring PCs and assisting end users with software queries. As well as creating and archiving user’s accounts. Assist with the Windows 10 and Office 2016 rollout.
The ability to pre-empt problems and to research, develop and implement solutions will be a key success factor in this role.
We are looking for somebody that has experience in this field and that has a positive outlook, an open mind yet can remain focused on service delivery.
Occasional travel for routine maintenance and hardware installations will be required and a full driving license is essential.
