They've got around 1,700 colleagues across the Midlands and West of England - including people who work in coaching, customer services, maintenance, development, construction, finance, IT, HR and, well, you get the picture.
 
They’re currently looking for a technically minded individual to join them in the role of ICT Service Desk Analyst.
 
What’s the role all about?
 
-Providing a first class front line IT Service Desk service to colleagues on network, application and device support.
-Ensuring efficient and effective resolution of calls within the service level agreements.
-Handling calls, emails and walk-ins to the Service Desk, reassuring colleagues and finding solutions.
 
 
We want somebody who:
 
-Has a good level of experience in an IT Support role with excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft products and devices.
-Understands the core ITIL processes of Incident / Problem / Change Management and Configuration Management.
-Understands network infrastructure.
-Has experience of Active Directory / Exchange Management Console/Online, and Office365.
-Can diagnose and resolve common issues Mobile Phones and Tablets including iOS, Android and Windows platforms.
-Has a clear customer focus and is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
