A fantastic permanent opportunity has become available within our clients Automotive Business Development Centre based in Chelmsford for an Advisor to join their sales team. This is an office based role and the successful candidate will be providing a first class customer experience by generating new business, retaining existing customers and managing their customers telephone enquiries.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:
- A friendly and professional personal manner
- 6 months previous customer services face to face or via the telephone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong objection handling and call control skills
- Be organised
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships via the telephone
- Ability to work flexibly due to variable task focus and shift patterns.

Hours of work will be 40 hours per week on a rota basis and these will be between Monday Friday between the hours of 08.00am - 7.00pm and include every other weekend Saturday 08.30-5.30pm and Sunday 10am- 4pm and you will have two days off in the week when you work the weekend.

Salary: GBP15,600pa plus commission OTE GBP24,000pa.
