Northern Region

Regional Sales Manager required for a very well established and highly successful manufacturing company, who can provide a very competitive package and the opportunity to help drive the company forward.

The Regional Sales Manager role will suit candidates from any sales based background who have experience of managing teams to KPI's, developing and mentoring sales executives, applying strategic sales plans for teams to execute as well as being able to manage key accounts day to day. You will need to be confident implementing and managing teams to specific targets.

The Regional Sales Manager role will involve working with the Director of UK sales and South Regional manager to ensure all targets and strategic plans are in line with the company goals and objectives. You will manage a team of 5 executives day to day and help with ongoing development and training for your team.
