Digital Designer - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you'll do:

Working as a Digital Designer within our Creative Team means you'll be working very closely with other designers to ensure a consistent and on-brand execution for a variety of communication channels, especially Landing pages and external display banners.

Our Creative Team works across all the products under Sky Betting & Gaming. We're involved in creating a wide range work including: TV ads, digital video, branding, print, social content, onsite, email and digital display.

Our team works in a dynamic and fast paced environment where we're required to produce marketing materials to be used across our sites and externally. We quite often have to deliver assets to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

We're a constantly evolving team and must react to new trends and technologies. We have team members who specialise in a particular skill, eg - Motion graphics, 3D modelling/rendering or HTML/CSS/Javascript but also have people who are multi-skilled and can get involved where and when required.

As a Digital Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Take a design and build animations using javascript and css
• Versioning of design into all banner sizes
• JS/CSS/HTML coding
• Ensuring that all work is delivered in-line with brand guidelines
• Regularly working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times
• Working with people throughout the business to supply assets before go-live

How you'll do it:

You'll need to be confident in html, css and javascript. You'll need to have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. In particular Photoshop and Illustrator. You should be well organised and used to working with templates, consistent naming conventions and saving assets for minimal file size (whilst not jeopardising quality). A keen interest in learning new skills, cms systems and software packages is desirable.
