Part time - 18.5 hours per week

Monday – 9:30am - 3.00pm, Tuesday- 10.00am - 3.00pm, Wednesday- Off,
Thursday- 10.00am -3.00pm and Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm

Our client is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands.
They own and manage around 4,600 homes with a £22 million turnover and their
mission is to work successfully with customers and communities to provide great
services and high quality living environments.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join them on a part
time basis, covering 18.5 hours per week. This post will ensure that the Organisation,
Managers and Employees, receive a proactive and comprehensive human resources

Promoting high quality employee relations and employment practice, you will act as the
first line of support in HR, providing advice and support for a range of employee relation
issues. You will support Managers throughout all stages of the disciplinary and grievance
processes, monitor sickness and absences and provide expert support with the
recruitment of new staff.

The successful candidate will already have experience in an advisory role within a HR
team including employee relations case management. Ideally you will possess, or be
studying towards; a CIPD qualification and you must have a good knowledge of
employment law.
