Senior Residential Practitioner

Looking for a Senior Residential Practitioner!

As a Senior Residential Practitioner you will be accountable for all staff and residents at the resource on a rota shift basis. Assisting the Manager and Deputy in managing the home and to provide a positive living experience for the residents. Inform, liaise and carry out delegated tasks as required by the directors.

Main Tasks will include : ensuring the home is safe and secure. Supporting the Line Manager with the shift patterns for the staff and resident. Represent management in their absence in managing the young people, ensuring all tasks are structured. Implementing high quality programmes of the activities carried out with the young people and their families.

Must have an NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
Minimum of 0-3 years experience
Stable work history and quality references
Salary £23,000 - £26,000
