Our client an established Wealth Management company based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for an experienced administrator who has been working in the financial services for several years.
You will be providing a high level of technical and administration support whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
To be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries.
To assist in marketing initiatives including mailshots and client events.
To assist in writing suitability report and letters, collating client information and managing cases to completion.
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who has superb communication skills.
A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 diploma would be an advantage.
