We are currently seeking an enthusiastic part time Accounts Administrator to join our friendly busy finance team.
We are a Grimsby based business that supplies and distributes a range of products and services.
The successful candidate will develop to do a very varied role. So a passion to learn and work hard is key, as well as being a real team player.
As accounts administrator, your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Sales and purchase ledger invoicing
- Statements reconciliations
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliation
- Daily banking and cashbook
- Cash allocation
- CIS wages & returns
- Cash flow forecasts
- Making payments
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within a fast-paced accounts department preferably in an all-round accounts role with AAT or equivalent.
You must be able to work in a professional manner and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be seeking a role that you can grow in and be eager to learn all aspects of an accounting function.
