Our client, a family run multi-divisional organisation, are currently requiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician to oversee all planned preventative and reactive maintenance for all electrical installations, plant, machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out all planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance (RM) and condition maintenance (CM) on all electrical installations, plant, machinery and equipment
- To carry out all required maintenance works in line with the plant's performance level
- To perform problem diagnosis, installation and testing.
- To further develop preventative, planned and conditional maintenance to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime and cost
- To complete calibrations on all instrumentation and maintain up to date records
- Attend and fault find issues on all electrical systems
- To ensure all engineering documentation, records and files are maintained
- To plan and co-ordinate all works to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all site users
- To participate in an emergency call out service on a rota basis
Our client admires candidates with previous electrical maintenance experience and a good working knowledge of mechanical maintenance, working knowledge of Microsoft office suites - Excel, Word and Outlook and a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
