My client is currently looking to recruit for an a number of Customer Service Assistants and Baristas to join their busy team. Based in Cheltenham, this role is within a large B&I site working in outlets ranging from branded coffee shops, retail outlets and customer restaurants.
The main roles and responsibilities will be:
- Interaction with customers with positive attitude.
- Cash handling via tills.
- Stocking and replenishment of retail and coffee outlets
- Cleaning and maintaining cleaning standards in outlets.
- Producing hot drinks via Semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Daily due diligence monitoring & recording (Food & Fridge temperature records, completion of cleaning schedules).
- Adhering to Company Food Safety Policy.
- A 'Can Do' attitude and outlook
- Adhering to and monitoring both Company and Branded offer hot beverage standards.
- working to grow and develop the hot beverage offer and embrace new initiatives both branded and unbranded.
