Academy Manager - Principal

You will be responsible for the delivery of the training and development strategy. To deliver an excellent training and development programme in line with our values, policies and procedures. To support, develop and manage the Academy as well as be responsible for the management and delivery of all aspect of the Academy, in the delivery of internal and external training. Raising the performance of staff through training and coaching. Creating new and modifying existing practices or solutions to meet changing needs
