We are looking for an Administrator officer to work for our client, MOJ based in Bradford. This is a temporary long term assignment; the hours of work will be 37 hours, Monday-Friday. The rate of pay will be £7 rising to £9 after 12 weeks.

The role will include processing bulk work, inputting data onto the GAPS system; you will need to get a high number of appeals compliance checked and registered onto the system each day. Basic IT knowledge required. Must be conscientious and take pride in the work produced. We require a keen eye for detail and processing information correctly with a high accuracy level on the high output figures.

There will be various duties for you, which may include the following: Processing appeals, data input, creating relevant letters and notices and liaising with customers via telephone.

This is a busy role dealing with incoming emails and post. You will need to print emails and identify the position using the in house computer system and linking the correspondence to the file before passing to the relevant clerk to deal with.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual who can work independently as well as within a team. Good IT skills (Word/Outlook/Excel) are required - although training will be provided to use the in house system.
