We are looking for a number of Support Assistants to join the team at our busy Community Support Service. .
These roles entail supporting our service users in their full and varied daily and social activities. You do not need previous experience within the sector, as long as you are a motivated individual and are committed to developing a rewarding career. Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and their Essential Standards of Quality & Safety is desirable.
We're looking for motivated applicants with excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a good standard of literacy and numeracy. You will also need to be flexible to work a shift pattern which includes early, late, night and weekend/bank holiday shifts.
