Maintenance Assistant (Handyman)

As a fast growing serviced apartment business they are intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home.  They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well. 

They are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join them where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work and refurbishment in the property, as well as fixing adhoc maintenance issues as and when they arise.

They are looking for is someone who is great at fixing things and who ideally has previous maintenance experience in a retail, property or hospitality environment. With good customer service skills and an attending to detail, you will also have good written and English speaking skills.

This is a part time role working 20 hours per week. It does involve flexible working as some weekend and bank holiday working will be required; typical core hours are 9am – 5pm.
