The Role

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a small HR Team based at our modern head office in White Waltham, Maidenhead. The role will, as part of a team, provide HR admin support to seven production sites around the UK employing approximately 1500 employees.

About You

We want to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our HR team at this exciting time of change. Previous HR Administration experience is essential. We will also consider applications from recent graduates who want to pursue a career in HR. A high degree of computer literacy, excellent communication and administration/organisational skills are essential for this role. Previous experience of a HR system is a requirement for this role. This is a great opportunity for the right person to develop and take on additional responsibilities in the future.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the HR system.
  • Administering HR documentation, e.g., offer letters, contracts of employment, contractual changes, starter and leaver documentation, etc.
  • Administering letters such as employee references, bank references and mortgage references.
  • Maintenance of personnel files at Head Office and general HR filing.
  • General administration support for any ad-hoc tasks and projects, plus preparation for audits as required.
