Office Manager - Construction / Building / Demolition
We are looking for an Office Manager for a family run Construction company in Bradford.
As the Office Manager, you will not only be involved in shaping and supporting the business, but you will also be responsible for our office environment in this very hand's on role.
We are looking for a down to earth, confident, passionate individual, who wants to make a long-term investment into this position and will embrace the opportunities presented to them.
The role is to provide administrative and finance support to the Directors, accountants, staff and wider business needs to ensure the smooth running of the day to day functions.
The responsibilities of the role include:
" Raise all client applications and invoices
" Managing all sub-contractors administration / monthly wage reports / payslips
" Ensure each office operational processes are working effectively
" Administration of financial processes including purchase and sales ledgers
" Assisting the accountant with all monthly CIS and VAT submissions
" Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems for reporting
" Act as local co-ordinator of HR matters e. staff records, training, attendance etc
" Organising meetings and managing databases
" Managing and taking minutes when needed
" Booking transport and accommodation for staff members
" Organising company events
" Day to day management of existing administration personnel
" Provide full administration support to Directors
The role will suit someone who has experience with the management of an office, finances, well organised and an excellent communicator.
The hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday - with occasional weekends where required in busy periods.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate - £22,000 - £28,000pa
