FLT Operative - Part time

We have new Part time positions based at a large car manufacturing Plant in Swindon, for FLT operators. These positions would ideally suit someone who is not looking to work full time and who would be happy to work on flexible basis to fill in as holiday and absence cover as required. We can also work around you on a week to week basis and offer you work on days which suit your needs.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver and replenish stock to the line side in the car plant.

Job description;

• To perform daily replenishment of components
• To ensure agreed Min and Max component quantities are available at line side.
• To remove all empty containers from line side.

Skills and experience required;

• 6 months forklift experience
• FLT licence
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required
• Strong team working skills
• Good decision making skills
• Ability to work shifts
• Experience of working in the automotive industry advantageous but not essential.
