Currently looking for an energetic individual to join this dynamic Food and Beverage team!

Your main responsibilities include:
Making sure the business complies with the health and food safety regulations.
Being responsible for managing all Food and Beverage staff members.
Ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.
Resolving any customer complaints.
To motivate team through positive communication and leading by example.
Follow cash handling procedures.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Up-sell with latest departmental incentives.


Experience in a previous Front of House role is essential to picking up this job role successfully!

The salary is between £18000 - £19000 depending on current experience. Additional benefits you would receive from this job role includes free Gym access and Free golf, discounts on many high street chains amongst others!
