Finance Administrator - Cashier

This company requires a motivated, conscientious and dynamic team player to join their Cashier department.

Responsible for all cashiering functions of the UK's biggest Insolvency Practitioner, this role is best suited to someone who already has experience of a fast-paced, commercial environment, as well as knowledge of insolvency practices and systems.

You will be working with other Cashiers and reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will be tasked with, but not limited to:

Carrying out all cashiering procedures, within strict timelines, to enable critical cash flow planning across the group, continued improvement of relationships with external stakeholders, and compliance with regulatory procedures, such as:

- Reconcile receipts and payments
- Process distributions, including fees and dividends
- Process, cash and issue cheques
- Reconcile client accounts
- Liaise with Creditors regarding allocation of claims and dividends
- Correct and reissue returned dividends
- Communicate with other departments and resolve client queries

- Confidential and professional, due to exposure to vast amounts of financial data and transactions
- Collected team player with ability to work intimately as part of a small team under time constraints
- Initiative-driven smart thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Accustomed with Vision Blue insolvency system
