One of our five strategic aims is to ‘grow and expand our services, our reach and our range’ and we’re looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our Development Team and help us achieve this.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Sales and Marketing team and have a real impact on the success of whg. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be responsible for managing the home sale process from start to finish, ensuring a high quality experience for our customers. Working across the Midlands we have a variety of schemes and products on offer to help our customers secure a home and put down roots.

Building effective relationships will be really important, so you’ll need a dynamic and engaging personality to compliment your ability to negotiate and influence others.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in a sales environment in the housing sector and someone who can bring their knowledge and experience to help shape this growing team. You will need to evidence that you have achieved sales targets, been able to generate your own leads and obtain great results.
