Biglight is an exciting customer experience agency, offering UX, optimisation and creative agency services for a number of leading brands and retailers. We’re now looking for a Retoucher to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. 

If you’ve got great Photoshop skills and a background in photo editing, this is an exciting role that will see you increase your professional experience and advance your skills with our leading agency. 

You’ll be joining our in-house studio as part of our motivated and talented team who are dedicated to driving our business to new heights of success. 

So, if you think you’ve got the skills to join our specialists and help them create images to be proud of, this is the role for you. 

As a Retoucher, you will be tasked with supporting our photography efforts and results through a range of retouching and Photoshop activities to ensure the integrity and consistency of our photos. 

You’ll retouch images from the in-house studio, match colour samples to images and process and batch images to website specifications. 

Providing a quality assurance service for imagery, you will ensure daily and weekly deadlines for images are adhered to and images are tracked within the CMS system. 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- Commercial and/or professional experience of photo editing 
- Solid Photoshop experience 
- Strong retouching skills 
- The proven ability to work efficiently on a high volume of images 
- A portfolio of work 

Attentive to detail and deadline focused, as a Retoucher, you’ll need to be organised and communicative, with plenty of initiative and the ability to work well as part of a team.
