Our client, a niche manufacturer based in South Leicestershire, has an exciting opportunity for an EXPERIENCED Administrator to join it's growing business on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

·Researching and assisting in the planning of various projects
·Following up on all on going and incomplete projects
·Keeping good records of project work in progress
·Attending meetings and issuing contact reports post meeting
·Answering phones
·Clear and organised filing of all correspondents
·Locking up at the end of the day
·Assisting other departments as and when
·Sourcing & gaining approval for project related goods or services
·Managing and developing relationships with suppliers

Key Requirements

* Establish and maintain Clear Communication & good relations with all suppliers and staff
* Raising purchase orders using SAGE system and emailing to suppliers
* Raising any price issues, supply issues or invoice queries with suppliers and internally
* Ensuring all materials and services are purchased from approved suppliers in accordance with relevant health & safety and food legislation and our Technical team
* Liaise with Project Co-ordinator on a daily basis to ensure all projects are running to plan
* To participate in and help with planning and achieving of all commercial targets
* To carry out any reasonable request made of you by your Manager

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications:

·Excellent Interpersonal skills
·Excellent Presentation skills
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites
·Good written and spoken English
