Sales Valuer / Lister

OTE GBP40,000
(GBP22,000 - GBP25,000) DOE (basic salary, plus bonus)
Our client is seeking an experienced Valuer who is looking for an opportunity to step into a busy and thriving Estate Agent. This is a very exciting time to join a well-known agency and progress your career in a busy market.
To be considered for this role you must have industry experience with a background in valuation and listing, and strong marketing skills. A good understanding of the local market is essential as well as a valid drivers licence.
Responsibilities:
Winning new instructions and gaining new business
Delivering high levels of customer service
Being the face of the brand ensuring you are well presented and articulate
Understanding of the local property market
Keeping in contact with vendors and buyers
Keeping in touch with negotiators
Any administration duties
