Resourcing Manager - Leisure and Entertainment - GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 Milton Keynes
My client is a large leisure and entertainment company with sites across the UK, with a reputation for excellence. Each site has numerous amusements and activities to entertain the young and old. The ideal candidate will deliver the end to end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for Site and Support Centre
Duties and Responsibilities:
To Manage the recruitment process including liaising with candidates and coordinating interviews and coordinating the entire recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle
To organise and own advertisements for all recruitment via the ATS, to also include Facebook and our website
To negotiate with and manage agencies to provide timely and appropriate candidate details, both contract and permanent
To review the job descriptions to ensure they are still up to date and relevant for the role to be advertised
To design and review the pre-screen questionnaires to be used for telephone screening and conduct as necessary
To schedule, organise and pre-screen potential direct applicants and those from agencies
To conduct pre-employment checks on potential candidates
To liaise with the candidates on offers of employment and feedback from interviews
To assist in first day inductions for the support centre
To establish and maintain database of CV's
Visiting schools, colleges and universities to maintain relationships to develop a talent flow from all areas
Design and deliver Recruitment training course for site managers and deliver on a quarterly basis.
To assist in conducting HR audits as directed by the People and Talent Manager
To assist the HR colleagues on engagement as appropriate and to ensure that IIP and Great Places to Work are completed in a timely manner
Updating the HR database and personal records where appropriate
To provide ad-hoc HR support to the wider People Team as and when required
Skills & Knowledge:
Ambitious, energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for engaging Talent
Degree educated or CIPD qualified with 3 years recruitment management experience
Fully working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle including on-boarding
Excellent attention to detail for a high level of administration
Excellent MS office skills
A working knowledge of employment legislation is desirable
