Victory Housing Trust in North Walsham are currently looking to hire a Customer Services Adviser
About Victory Housing Trust:
Victory Housing Trust is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. Victory owns and manages 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.
Whilst the majority of our properties are located within the local authority area of North Norfolk, we also have properties in the local authority areas of Broadland, King's Lynn & West Norfolk, Great Yarmouth, South Norfolk and Breckland.
We are currently looking for a part time Customer Service Adviser to join our Customer Services team.
Customer Services Adviser – Role responsibilities and requirements:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers who contact us by phone and at our offices.
- The successful candidate will ensure our customers receive sensitive, timely, efficient and courteous front line assistance based upon up to date information and delivered according to Victory’s policies and procedures and to standards agreed with our residents.
- You will need to provide excellent customer service, be able to manage situations in a sensitive manner and be able to work towards the principles of continual improvement and tenant centred services.
