As the Learning Designer your responsibilities will include:
* Design, develop and implement face-to-face and blended learning solutions that build people capability within the company.
* Will work as part of their Learning design team and cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of objectives.
* Project manage the creation of new, and the improvement of existing, learning development programmes.
* Work with the Digital Learning Specialist and People Development Team to translate learning outcomes into engaging and relevant learning experiences
