We are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join our team.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

* Be responsible for a team of approximately 7 people.
* Use the opera system efficiently
* Maintaining the highest level of customer care and professionalism at all times.
* Follow company procedures at all times.
* To ensure personal and team compliance in relation to legislation including Licensing legislation, Weight and Measures act, Health and Safety at Work Act and C.O.S.H.H and any others that may affect the business.
* To have attained a APLH qualification.
* To assist the management team in training and development of team members.
* To assist the management team in all areas of the business including stock control, administration, customer complaints, security and cash management.
* To undertake full relief responsibilities in the General Managers absence.
* To carry out all other reasonable requests issued by the management team.
