RECRUITMENT RESOURCER
What even is a Recruitment Resourcer?!
A Resourcer, or Researcher, or just generally the people our business and team couldn't function without! This role is everything to us!
The role will involve researching the expansive recruitment database here at Contract Scotland, advertising job vacancies, building, developing and creating relationships with job seekers, conducting pre-screening checks, meeting and pre-selecting job seekers for new vacancies, utilising social media to create brand awareness and informing customers of market trends??? and so on!
This role is perfect for those who want to support a strong recruitment team to provide a real impactful and meaningful service to the professional employers and job seekers we support.
Maybe you're currently working as a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator within the recruitment sector, or have carried out the role in the past? Perhaps you're working in a different industry at the moment but wonder if you might have what it takes to succeed within the recruitment industry?
We're the largest independent provider of management/technical recruitment solutions to the construction, property & engineering industry in Scotland and in 2018 we were named Scotland's Best Medium Recruitment Consultancy' at the S1Jobs Awards.
If you look across our consultancy team of almost 30 individuals, you'll see an average of 8 years' experience at Contract Scotland - this isn't a short-term thing, we have the ability to offer you a long-term future. You'll be mentored by some of the best in our industry.
You'll be joining us to work on an already successful sector within our business, dealing with high levels of repeat business and working with professional candidates and long-standing clients. You'll be paired to work with some of our most established Consultants, so you will get structured, thorough, and tailored training, to help you learn, develop and use any skills you've picked up so far.
