This full time, permanent post is available immediately.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our residential Catering team within our busy kitchens. The post is primarily in residential catering although there may also be opportunities to work across the wider catering team.

You will be committed to efficiently supporting the second chefs and the kitchen team with the day to day operation and ensure the upkeep of the required high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled.

We are looking for a focused team player who can work alone or in a team. You will be focused and well organised. Having qualifications in NVQ 2 in food preparation (or relevant experience), food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous, you will hold a flexible approach to working hours and practises, as well as having good communication skills.

The salary for this post will be £17,408-£19,202 on Grade C plus 11% shift allowance per annum.
