Quality Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our busy and fast-paced Global Quality department at our European Support Functions Office in Erdington, Birmingham.

This role is a temporary position until April 2019 to cover Maternity leave.

Role and Responsibilities

Our Global Quality Assurance team ensure that the products that Claire's/Icing sell in Europe and North America are safe, comply with the law and are of a satisfactory quality to be sold in our stores.
Reporting to the Quality Administration Manager the Quality Administrator is responsible for processing, examining and analysing test reports, sending out test samples to test houses, data entry of test report information and dealing with supplier queries and issues.

About You
You will have administrative experience gained from working in a fast paced office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
You also need to be a keen team player with high levels of self initiative
Attention to detail and possess strong planning and organising skills to ensure that you meet deadlines given
