We are looking to welcome on board a Client Relationship Executive - Technical Sales Executive, who would be responsible for sales to a growing customer base, building relationships and developing business opportunities.

What will you be doing?

•Calling prospect businesses within our core markets of Engineering and Manufacturing
•Re-energising lapsed clients
•Following up on all in-bound downloads and submissions via Omega's Hubspot CRM and owning ongoing new prospect opportunities until converted to a trading client
•Attending initial new prospect meetings
•Investigating and selling all recruitment services including Technical Engineering, Industrial, Outplacement, Retained, Executive Search, On & Offline media sales (to include microsites etc).
•Information should be captured regarding PSL expiry dates, tendering processes and relevant contacts and populate the client matrix.

What are we hoping for?

•Demonstrable Sales experience including successful track record of delivering KPI's in a Sales environment and winning business.
•Previous experience gained within Sales or the recruitment industry, ideally within a technical engineering sector.
•Motivated and passionate about winning new business
•Exceptional customer service and client management skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•High level of numeracy / literacy
