We are recruiting for a market-leading organisation that specialises specifically in clinical support services delivered across all levels of the NHS. As a rapidly-expanding company, they are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join an established sales team as a Service Sales Associate based at their Head Office in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will promote the services of experienced Clinical Pharmacists that conduct Medicine Optimisation reviews and QOF reports within Primary Care.

Key roles and responsibilities for the Service Sales Associate:

* Liaise with and develop effective ongoing relationships with GPs and/or Practice Managers who receive a relevant service from the company, ensuring practices benefit from the full range of services that they are entitled to.

* Liaise with and develop effective working relationships with all staff, particularly in the support of the field-based Pharmacists.

* Communicate and liaise with several different customers/stakeholders taking into consideration their varying priorities.

* Set and maintain the highest levels of professional conduct whist representing the company.

* Drive sales and Pharmacist diary utilisation.

* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

* Introducing both new and repeat services to customers, whether chargeable or free at the point of delivery.

* Reach out to customer leads using phone as the primary means of contact.

Minimum requirements for the Service Sales Associate:

* Life Sciences degree/E-detailing background would be beneficial but not essential.

* Ideally, you will have experience working in a Customer Service or a Customer Advisory role.

* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

* Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.

* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
