Quality Inspector - Maldon - Salary up to GBP25,000pa
We're currently working with an Electronic manufacturer based in the Maldon area to recruit a Quality Inspector. If you are an experienced Quality Inspector or have experience working in electronic assembly with a working knowledge of IPC-A-610 quality standards, we want to hear from you!

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
* Carry out visual inspection on final assemblies, reworked products and incoming goods.
* Programming and running of AOI Machine for first off and final inspection.
* Ensure products meet required quality standards e.g. IPC-A-610-D
* Bare board inspection
* Occasionally liaise with customers on quality issues.
Quality Inspector Requirements Essential:
* Proven experience in electronic assembly
* Working knowledge of IPC-A-610-D quality standard
* Ability to recognise components and joint pass/fails
* Computer literate
* Strong attention to detail
* Must have good eyesight as this role will involve visual inspection of small components
Quality Inspector Requirements Preferred:
* IPC-A-610 application specialist training certificate.
* Previous visual electronic inspection experience
* Previous experience running/programming AOI machinery
* Bare board inspection experience and a working knowledge of IPC-A-600
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary up to GBP25,000 depending on skill and experience level
