Calling all experienced residential Block Managers & Leasehold Professionals in the Torbay area! A New opportunity has become available to join a well-established brand with years of experience in Commercial Management, Block Management & Estate Agency. Due to continued success, we are searching for an experienced residential Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team with a view of progressing within the business to a Line Manager's role. More importantly, we need someone who is positive, outgoing, personable and can add to our already amazing office culture!
The client has built up an excellent reputation over time and have worked with some prestigious clients of their own, so the new team member will pride themselves on providing only the highest levels of service to our clients.
Are you the right person for the job? Are you organised, an effective communicator who prides themselves on their customer service skills? If so keep reading.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in managing Residential Blocks and be proficient in creating:
* Service Charge Budgets
* Serving Section 20 Landlord and Tenant Act
* Attending AGM's and managing maintenance programs
* Review Service charge budgets
* Assist with preparation of small works
* Insurance claims
* Monitoring compliance

Minimum Requirements
* 3 Years' experience in Block Management
* Industry qualification such as RICS or IRPM
* In depth Industry knowledge
* Highly organised problem solver
* Excellent communicator
* Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle
* Good computer skills
