Property Project Manager required for new role in the Yorkshire area. You will be a Facilities Manager or Property Manager used to delivering national property projects on time, within quality spec and in budget. The Property Project Manager will manage and coordinate, the property programme for all showrooms nationwide.

What the Role is

Manage and Co Ordinate all showrooms specified update and upgrade programs
Source, Liaise and coordinate the logistics of sub-contractors and workmen for the company's portfolio of showrooms
Nationwide coverage with multi-site locations
Overseeing Regional and National budget controls
Co ordinating facilities management over the property portfolio

Communicators- Speaking and liaising with a variety of stakeholders, in a variety of locations
Negotiators- Taking control of new, existing and expired contracts, achieving the best value
Results Driven People - You will be determined to succeed, on time, in budget every time
Organisers- Project Managers, Facilities, Property and Construction managements skills or qualifications
Pride in your work - You will have an eye for detail, right first-time ethos and high standards for finish
