An exciting opportunity has become available to join a Local Authority as an Asset Manager.
About the role
You will be tasked with developing long-term maintenance plans for the organisation. You will be responsible for monitoring Council spend on a 5, 10 & 30-year plan. You will be working closely with a team of Stock Condition Surveyors, analysing the data they have collected, and noticing trends in certain areas of spend. You will be tasked with completing an asset management plan and presenting this to Senior Management.
About you
You will have previous experience working within a similar role within the Public Sector, showing previous management responsibility and data analysis experience. If you have a formal, relevant qualification, you are particularly encouraged to apply.
