About the Role
You will be working as a Clerk of Works, covering cyclical refurbishments and other refurbishment programmes. Duties will include monitoring Health and Safety on site, along with preparing site inspection reports to feedback to your Manager.

You will have extensive building and construction knowledge, along with a relevant professional qualification. If you are a member of the Chartered Institute of Clerk of Works you are particularly encouraged to apply. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
