The Role:
This leading Managing Agent are looking for a Leasehold Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments based in the Sutton/Epsom area. The role is office based with some homeworking availble.

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for;
Drive the delivery of 5* customer service standards across the portfolio
Section 20 consultations
Chairing RMC/RA meetings
Supplier/Contractor management
As a Property Manager you will be;
IRPM Qualified (Desirable)
Knowledge of Leasehold regulations
Experienced within Leasehold Property Management
Professional approach, both on the phone and face to face
Articulate with excellent communication skills
